Lynne Joyner, welcomes you to pilates, which is held every Monday at 9.30am and is for mixed abilities, age groups and body types.
Pilates helps strengthen the core, it helps with lower back issues, it improves posture and flexibility.
The time particularly suits those dropping off children to school including post-natal mums.
Different equipment is used each week to keep the classes varied and interesting. You can work at your own pace in a fun friendly environment.
